Ingredients:

2 lb. cauliflower
1/3 cup milk
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Cut cauliflower into florets. Cook uncovered in boiling water for 12 minutes. Take 1/2 of cauliflower and puree with milk butter and mustard. Add rest of florets. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put into shallow baking dish. Cover with parmesan cheese. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden crust has formed.
