Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup instant white rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix ground beef, onion, green pepper, rice, salt and pepper. Shape into approximately 20 meatballs. Mix soup and water (mix in same bowl as meat mixture to incorporate crumbs into sauce); pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours.

Serve with tater tots (good to slop sauce over) and corn.
