Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup blueberries, thawed or fresh

Directions:

Place the juice in a saucepan with the cornstarch. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add the blueberries. Heat through. Serve warm.
