Ingredients:

3 tbsp. dried oregano leaves
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup grainy dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine oregano, chili powder and garlic powder; add mustard; stir well to mix; add salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.

Spread or pat onto beef up to 5 hours in advance of cooking.

I made this rub for some flank steak. It add a good flavor to it. Sometimes mustard goes well with beef. Alot of people don't think of it with beef.
