1 can (7 oz.) minced clams
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups fat-free cream cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
Lettuce leaves

Directions:

Drain clams. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and crackers. With electric mixer on high mix for 3 minutes or until creamy. Chill for one hour. Serve in lettuce lined bowl with fat free crackers.
