Ingredients:

3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
1/4 lb. lean ground beef
4 egg whites
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 onion, minced
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
3 whole tomatoes, cut up
1 tbsp. chili powder

Directions:

In large bowl, combine turkey, beef, egg whites, garlic, and onion. Mix well. Form mixture into meatballs and set aside.

In another large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well and set aside. In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs on all sides; remove from heat. Drain off excess grease and wash skillet.

Return skillet to low heat, place meatballs and sauce in skillet and simmer for 1 hour; turning meatballs occasionally. Serve hot.
