1/2 lb. broccoli florets
1/2 lb. cauliflower florets
1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp. lemon pepper

Directions:

Place vegetables in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Toss gently.
