Ingredients:

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 frosted flakes
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cooking oil to deep fry

Directions:

Place 4 large scoops of ice cream in plastic bags, and freeze until until firm. In a bowl mix egg and vanilla. In another bowl mix frosted flakes and cinnamon. Roll each ball in the egg mixture, the flakes mixture. Return the balls to plastic bags and freeze again. Repeat coating. Heat oil to 375°F. Drop each scoop into oil for about 15 seconds, or until brown. Serve with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, honey, or nuts.
