Ingredients:

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup onions
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. hashbrowns
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
Parsley, as desired

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and cook for 1-2 hours, until it reaches desired consistency and potatoes are soft.
