Ingredients:

1-3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1-1/2 tsp. orange extract
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips (or to taste)

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder and pinch of salt In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, mix butter, sugar, orange extract and eggs. Scrape down the sides, add in half of the flour mixture and blend briefly. Add white chocolate chips Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix by hand until all is incorporated. Drop by spoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake at 300°F for 15 minutes. Remove from sheets and cool on racks cookies should still be soft-ish). Store in a wax paper lined tin, or plastic sealable container.
