1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pkg. mini colored marshmallows

Directions:

In sauce pan, melt together, the butterscotch chips and butter. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread in buttered 9x13-inch pan. Press down firmly. Refrigerate to set. Cut in squares.

Chocolate chips can be substituted for the butterscotch.
