Ingredients:

3 eggs, beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 qt. Half-and-Half
Milk

Directions:

Beat eggs; place in container. Add vanilla, evaporated milk, sugar and salt; mix. Add to container. Pour in Half-and-Half. Fill to top with milk. Mix in ice cream maker until thick and rich. Serve cold and make sure you put the leftovers in the freezer!! :)

For an extra kick, fill to top with half-and-half instead of milk.

Phenomenal homemade ice cream. Nothing beats a hot July night, looking at the stars on the back dech while eating a bowl of this ice cream. (This is my father's recipe, so pardon the bias.)
