3 oz. potato
3 oz. spaghetti, cooked
3 oz. tomato, chopped medium fine
1-1/2 oz. scallions, chopped med fine
1-1/2 oz. sesame seeds
1-1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 4x8-inch baking pan with sesame oil. Bake potato for 40 minutes. When cooled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients together. Lower heat to 375°F. Transfer to a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
