5 to 6 lb. pork spareribs
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup plum jam
3/4 cup honey
2 to 3 cloves garlic,minced

Directions:
|
Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; brush ribs with some of the sauce. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce. Or, cook on the grill, brushing with sauce as desired.
