Total Time:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
2 tbsp. thinly slivered sundried tomatoes
8 oz. pasta shells
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 oz. shrimp, shelled, deveined and chopped
2 tbsp. Italian parsley
8 oz. green beans, chopped in 1-inch segments

Directions:

Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet and stir in garlic and red pepper; saute over low heat for 1 minute. Raise heat to high and add shrimp. Saute, stirring constantly, until they become pink (about 3 minutes -- do not overcook). Stir in the sundried tomatoes and parsley. Remove from heat. Toss shrimp mixture, shells and beans together. Serve at once.
