2 cloves (lg. each) garlic, minced or crushed
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes that have been marinated in olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:

Lift the sun-dried tomatoes out of the oil, letting the oil drain away. Place the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender or food processor and chop finely. Add lemon juice. Pat cream cheese into a four inch round disk. Top with tomato mixture. Encircle with crackers.
