Ingredients:

3 lb. ground chuck
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Crackers, crushed
Your favorite barbecue sauce
12 hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered)

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers. Mix well with hands. Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well.

Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls. Pat gently in hands into burger shape.

Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame. Flip every 3-4 minutes. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.

Cook 'em how you like 'em! :)
