Ingredients:

1 cup dry mustard powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 cup white vinegar

Directions:

Combine dry mustard powder and sugar in saucepan. Whisk together eggs and vinegar. Add vinegar to mustard and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer until thickened. Let cool before serving.

I've done a bit of experimenting with this and other sweet hot mustard recipes and this is the best. However my family thought it was too hot so I only used about half the mustard powder and added about a heaped tablespoon of plain flour because otherwise it is too runny. Well done for an easy and very tasty mustard!
