3 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Oriental dark-roasted sesame oil

Directions:

Combine dry sherry, soy sauce, wine vinegar, hoisin sauce and ginger; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup sherry mixture for marinade in a Japanese Steak Salad. To prepare dressing, combine remaining sherry mixture with water, green onion, sugar and sesame oil; mix well.
