Total Time:

Ingredients:

3/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper or crazy pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Thoroughly pierce the steak with a fork on both sides. Mix the marinade in a ziploc bag and add the steak. Squeeze out all the air before you zip the last inch. Allow sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours. The color of the meat will turn from red to brown when ready. Use tongs to transfer to a super hot grill for searing.

Comments from Paulo Gylzinski :

Increase the ingredients accordingly for each additional steak.

Your formula sounds great...but leaving meat out for 2 hours doesnt that expose it to bateria growth?
