Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups fresh corn
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, chopped, with juice
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning
Corn chips (optional)
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Directions:

In a large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add corn, tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips, cheese and sour cream if desired.

Excellent chili-like soup! For vegetarians, can use imitation ground beef!
