1 can (18 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained
2 bananas, peeled and cut into quartered
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Arrange potatoes and bananas in a single layer in pan with sides for broiling. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally, until butter has melted. Pour syrup mixture over potatoes and bananas, coating well. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes until heated thorough and lightly browned on top. Spoon syrup mixture over potatoes and bananas to serve.
