Ingredients:

1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach-flavored gelatin
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lb. center cut ham slice, 1/2 to 1-inch thick

Directions:

Preheat broiler. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, gelatin, water and lemon juice. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Broil or grill ham slices 4 to 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with glaze.
