Ingredients:

3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup Finely crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Corn Mixture:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 cans (17 oz. each) cream-style corn
1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Directions:

In a large frying pan, brown chicken in 2 tbsp. butter. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare Corn Mixture. In a large mixing bowl, combie flour, salt, milk and egg. Beat until smooth. Add corn and onion and mix well. Spoon Corn Mixture over browned chicken. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is tender. While chicken is cooking, brown cracker crumbs in 1/4 cup butter in a small frying pan. To serve, garnish chicken with buttered crumbs.
