Total Time:

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped stuffed green olives
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 to 1 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with both types of olives, onions and Tabasco sauce. Mix thoroughly. Set cheese mixture in refrigerator about 15 minutes to harden slightly for easier handling. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped parsley to coat well. Return to refrigerator. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes or until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers. If desired, cheese mixture can be thinned with sour cream or milk to serve as a dip. Use parsley as a garnish.
