Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup quick oats
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup bottled picante sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder

Directions:

Lightly mix turkey, onion, green pepper, oats, egg, picante sauce and salt. Shape into loaf on baking sheet. Brush with combined ketchup and chili powder. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Microwave oven:
Place combined ingredients except ketchup and chili powder into glass loaf pan. Brush with combined ketchup and chili powder. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave for 16 to 18 minutes, turning one or twice, until center is firm. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
