Ingredients:

12 oz. rotini
6 oz. green beans, cut into pieces
1-1/3 cups chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup diced cucumbers
3/4 cup diced red or green peppers
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1 can (6-1/2 oz.) flaked tuna packed in water, drained
1/3 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried dill
5 anchovies, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. crushed garlic
Cucumber shavings, for garnish

Directions:

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite. Rinse with cold water. Drain and place in a serving bowl. Blanch green beans in boilng water approximately 2 minutes. They should still be crisp. Drain, rinse with cold water and add to pasta. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, onions, tuna, olives, dill and anchovies.

Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, water and garlic. Pour over pasta and toss. Garnish with cucumber shavings.
