Ingredients:

8 oz. spaghetti
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 cups chopped broccoli
2-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 dash crushed dried chilis
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite. Drain and place in serving bowl. Pour boiling water over the sun-dried tomatoes. Let soak for 15 minutes. Drain, then chop. Add to pasta. Blanch broccoli in boiling water just until barely tender. Rinse with cold water, drain and add to pasta. Add tomatoes, oil, garlic, chilies, basil and cheese. Toss to combine.
