Ingredients:

1 lg. salmon filet or 4 sm. salmon steaks
1-1/2 cups water
1 pinch salt and white pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh dill

Directions:

Poach fish in water with salt, pepper and paprika. When fully cooked, remove fish from pan. Add butter to liquid. When melted, add cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. When sauce becomes translucent, add lemon juice and dill. Bring to a boil and pour over salmon. Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed asparagus.
