Ingredients:

6 md. potatoes
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Crush, peel and finely chop garlic. Heat the oil in a roasting pan. Add the potatoes, garlic and rosemary. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, turning potatoes frequently during cooking. Arrange on serving plate and grind over black pepper.
