Ingredients:

1-3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (not dutched)
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, in bits
1/3 cup butter, in pats
1-1/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. egg
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift flour, cocoa, and soda together. Melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat and mix in milk, egg, and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Stir in nuts and chips. Dough will be soft. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake until edges are set, 8-10 minutes. Let stand a couple minutes, then cool on racks.
