Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt

Ingredients:

1/2 to 2/3 cup dried apricots
1/2 to 2/3 cup pitted prunes
1/4 cup Port or Madeira
2 whole cloves
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt

Directions:

Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. Remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
