Ingredients:

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. curacao or orange juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions:

Finely chop the chocolate in a food processor; set aside. Put milk, sugar, and salt in pot; heat until sugar dissolves. Add chocolate and stir gently; let chocolate melt. Add vegetable oil and stir in gently (don't want to make bubbles). Add Curacao or orange juice and vanilla; gently stir in. Set aside to cool a bit while you whip the cream. Gently fold together.
