Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 cups fresh fruit, such as melon balls, strawberries, peach slices, green grapes and banana slices

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Arrange fruit in a large bowl; pour syrup over fruit and toss gently. Chill several hours or overnight.
