1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
Frosting:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; add alternately with chocolate syrup to creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Pour batter into greased 13x9x2-inch pan; bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool; frost with peanut butter brownie frosting.
Peanut Butter Brownie Frosting: Combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup evaporated milk and 2 Tbsp. butter in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil; remove from heat. Quickly stir in 1 cup Reese's peanut butter chips until melted; add 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat to spreading consistancy; frost brownies.
