Ingredients:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pkg. dry taco mix
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 can sliced olives, drained
1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 cans (11.5 oz. each) V8 juice

Directions:

Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic according to directions on package of taco mix. Add the beans, corn, chilies, olives, tomatoes and tomato juice. Heat until all is hot. Or place in crock pot and cook for as long as you want.

To serve:
Place Frito corn chips in bottom of individual bowls, add taco soup, top with a good size scoop of sour cream and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. This is so yummy!!!

Comments from Vicky :

Be sure to add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl. This gives it a great richness!
