Total Time:

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilis
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not fat free)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well, and place in a flattened dish (a pie plate works well). Sprinkle top with additional parmesan cheese and a little black pepper. Place under broiler just until the top browns nicely. Do not overheat or you will break the dip. Serve with melba toast or other similar type cracker or bread sticks.
