1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup white flour
1 can (26 oz.) whole green chillies
4 slices sweet bread
8 eggs
16 slices Portuguese sausage
1-1/2 cups Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce
2 cups hash browns
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:

Poach eggs, toast the sweet bread and top with the sauteed Portuguese sausage, poached eggs and the Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce.
