Ingredients:

5 lb. pork butt
1 lg. onion
1 block tofu
2 cans sukiyaki no tomo
1 bunch watercress
1 bag bean sprouts
Shoyu
Sugar
Won bok (optional)

Directions:

Cut pork butt into bite size pieces and cube onion. Saute both until brown. Add equal parts shoyu and sugar until meat is covered. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer. Cut tofu into pieces, sukiyaki no tomo (be sure to chop noodles into pieces) and won bok. Add to pot. Simmer for an hour or until pork is very tender. After pork is cooked add watercress and bean sprouts. Continue to cook until cress is cooked down.
