4 green peppers
1-1/2 lb. ground chuck (Beef/Turkey/Pork)
3 tbsp. minced onions
4 tsp. Crisco oil
2 tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
3/4 tsp. sage
2 cups cooked rice
1-1/4 cups small tomatoes

Directions:

Cook ground chuck and onion in oil. Add salt, pepper, sage, cooked rice, and tomatoes. Cut the tops off the peppers and clean them out. Fill peppers and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.
