Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin
1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Mesquite Mustard
Olive oil
Coarse salt
Pepper

Directions:

Coat pork tenderloin with olive oil. Mix mesquite mustard with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Coat the tenderloin with the mustard mixture. Roast in 375°F oven for approximately 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155-160°F. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice horizontally, serve. Also good cold, sliced thinly.
