Ingredients:

1 lb. broccoli, cooked
1-1/2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
4 servings minute rice, cooked
2-1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cut into slices

Directions:

In a 13x9-inch casserole dish, spread rice evenly on the bottom. Add your chicken and spread evenly. Then add broccoli and spread evenly. Put the cheese on top. Put in a 350°F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.

This recipe is delicious but I substituted the mayo for salad dressing so that it would have a little tart kick, something you don't get from mayonnaise. However, I'd eat it again.


My family loved this casserole,it definetly will be served at our house again!
