Ingredients:

1-1/4 cups sugar
1 stick butter (or margarine)
2 beaten eggs
1-1/2 cups half & half
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits (2-1/2 cups), drained
5 slices white bread with crust removed & cubed

Directions:

Cream together sugar and margarine; add eggs and beat in half & half. Butter 8x8-inch casserole dish; then layer bread on the bottom. Add creamed mixture; then add pineapple. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
