1 cup soy sauce
1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, ground
6 lb. pork spareribs, individual ribs

Directions:
|
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Put ribs in a pan and pour the sauce over the ribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat over to 350°F. Put ribs on rack in the oven with foil on bottom of the oven. Roast ribs for 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently. Serve warm or at room temperature.
