3 cups flour
2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
Chocolate chunks
Chocolate shavings
Almonds

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except almonds, chocolate chunks and shavings. Blend. Add all other ingredients. Roll Tbls. of dough into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet amd bake for 10-15 minutes at 350°F. Let cool (if they last that long) and then eat.

The recipe I created originally had 2 eggs but I ran out so one day I tried it with one, and it came out better. Not to menyion it reduces the cholesterol and fat.
