Ingredients:

1 ready to use chocolate crumb crust
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 squares white chocolate
1-1/2 tbsp. orange liqueur or orange juice
3 cups whole strawberries
1/2 cup red currant jelly, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended. Melt chocolate squares with orange liqueur; cool and fold into prepared batter. Pour batter into chocolate crumb crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whole strawberries and drizzle with melted jelly.
