Salad:
1 pkg. chicken ramen seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. rice vinager
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Dressing:
1 pkg. chicken ramen noodles, cooked and cut up
1 cup diced, cooked (boiled) chicken
4 green onions
1 head iceburg lettuce
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions:

Chop lettuce, green onions and ramen noodles. Add boiled chicken. Combine all mentioned above.
Dressing:
Mix together all dressing ingredients. You should preferable make dressing 3-4 hours before serving to bring out flavoring and refrigerate.
When ready to serve mix in almonds and pour all dressing in salad and serve :)

This salad is best with napa chinese cabbage, or you can even use pre shredded cabbage in a bag if you're in a big hurry. |
