5 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 whole bay leaves
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup water

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a sauce pan; stir. Bring to a boil. Cover at medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
