User Reviews:

Today I added a splash of Creme De Menthe to my McD's Shamrock Shake, which thinned it out quite a bit. Not to worry...I mixed it up well, and popped it into the freezer, where it became a delightful frozen dessert to be eaten by spoon!!

ALternatively; try 10z of mint liqure with vanilla ice cream; I swear it tastes like the original recipie! Perhaps someone caught on and pulled it from McDs
