1 lb. corned beef sliced very thin
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:

Crumble corned beef into a well greased 12x8 glass baking dish. Spread salad dressing over meat. Top with sauerkraut. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly. Serve with party rye bread.
